Where do you ship from?

I ship orders from HONG KONG using HK Post.

How long does it take to arrive?

These are the post office estimates for the places I mail the most frequently to. Sometimes customs or poor weather may cause delays.

Canada: 12 - 20 days
USA: 10 – 18 days 
Asia: 7 - 10 days
Everywhere else: 20 – 40 days

NOTE: All sales are FINAL. There are no refunds.

In some special cases, if something arrives damaged or goes missing, I will try my best to replace the item if I have extra stock. However, as I am a small business and run everything by myself, I have very limited stock and supplies to be able to replace everything or afford to do so. BUT customers' enjoyment is very important to me, so I will do my best! ^^
